1 dead, 2 injured after car flips off ramp on I-395 in Southwest DC

One person died and two people were injured Sunday after a car flipped over a ramp wall and landed on another car on Interstate 395 in Southwest D.C., police said.

The man who was killed in the incident was identified as Van Thomas Lee, 28, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

  1. This reminds of a time about 10 years ago i was with my cousin driving his car with two other people. Well i took the offramp and this dumb b sitting behind me thought i was going to fast and grabbed the f'ing steering wheel as i was turning on the offramp. And that offramp was a couple feet above the main road like this one is. If i didnt keep my calm when she did that, we would have been in this same situation.

  2. My Dad always said to me "I'm not worried about your driving, its the person you're going to meet. You can control your actions, but can do nothing about the actions of others". How true a statement that was. Thank God for dash cam. You just couldn't begin to explain some accidents that happen to either cops or insurance companies.
