Persona 3 Reload is a ground up remake of Persona 3, the game that started the modern trend of Atlus’ Persona series.

Join protagonist Makoto Yuki as he finds himself joining a secret student organization known as SEES, whose job it is to hunt down shadows tied to the nighttime phenomenon known as the Dark Hour. Only a few hold the power to fight back these forces and Makoto seems to have a special propensity for it as the only member to have the power of the wild card.

  2. 25:22 Candy ass is derogatory term for someone who's a coward or timid according to Google. Weird choice on the localization teams part, to be honest. Enjoying the series so far though! The music might be better than the original

  4. The music is sooooo exquisite !

    Here are some BlueElectricCat fun facts :

    The male vocals are made by Lotus Juice, or Kenji Nakamura a japanese rap singer (the same one who did the original), Lotus Juice did some tracks for Jojo's bizarre adventure anime too.

    As for the female, Azumi Takahashi is different from Yumi Kawamura who did the original. Nothing seems particular about Azumi aside from winning The NYC Apollo's amateur night.

With social links regarding Persona 3 in particular, the questionable responses to get affinity seem to be less of the protagonist being a bad friend/giving bad advice and more of choosing a response that the social link is either thinking of themself and wants you to validate or wanting to hear, especially to start out.

  13. Yeah, as much as I still like the social links in this game, I do agree that they handled the way you can/can't gain affinity through dialogue options a lot better in future games. Despite that I decided to choose the choices I think are "good" or at least not choose the ones I absolutely can't get behind, even if that means I won't be able to rank them up as efficiently.

    And one of the biggest changes when it comes to daily life that I absolutely love is that now you can leave your dorm, look around what you can do and then return to it without having to move the day along. Because I remember there where a lot of instances where that made me really mad when it happened xD

    And in a couple of episodes more I really am gonna drop the playthrough for now and come back to it later to avoid spoilers. Can't wait to come back and watch!
