    ** Sims 1 doesn't have many opportunities to make money from nothing.. it's not like 2-4 where there are random collectibles and stuff. That's a true challenge right there

  12. I apologize for being so entertained by what had to be super stressful gameplay. I would like to see if Gwen can break the curse, lol.

    Do you know the trick of completing successful jingles/shoots? In case you don't (or maybe if a comment lurker wants to know), just choose same option for all 3 on the first try and watch the directors thought bubbles. If there's an x through any of them switch to next option for that spot. So if you pick option 1 three times and director says no to the first and third, next pick option 2 option 1 option 2 and the directors second reaction will tell you if you need to still change anything or not and by the third try you should be able to nail it everytime. There is an instance where you only get 2 tries but using the same trick you can still get it right on the second try, at least some of the time.

  20. I have never laughed so much from a Sims 1 video, until now. That was glorious! Sims 1 can be brutal but that’s part of why I still love it.

  24. I tried this challenge. First sim died of starvation because I didn't have enough money to buy an easel after buying him a recliner, end table, and phone and thus had no way of being able to earn money at Studio Town without that first creativity point.
    I tried with Michael Bachelor and he was about to reach the point of no return from eventual death so I got him a job.
    My third sim is doing well and it at 4.5 star level! I've even been able to build him a simple house. No more living on the grass! Yay!

  28. Would love to see more of this. Maybe easier than this original challenge. like the next sim could have a normal job at first to earn money and the go to studio town. I would love to see normal game play in the studio town ☺️ it was so difficult to earn those stars there
