  1. Our high intensity training and playing methods with players running around like headless chickens is to blame. When I see our players running say full pelt towards the opposition goalkeeper who then calmly lays it off is annoying. We have to play much smarter and let the ball do the work so we conserve energy.

  2. Having 3 international breaks in the first 3rd of the season was crazy. It means that not only are players travelling all over the world to play in friendlies and sub standard competitions, but when they return they find that the fixtures are congested to catch up on games missed. This means that the quality of the Prem is deteriorating because clubs rarely play their full strength teams.
