I have to lay down for giving blood because I do pass out. You have to drink water the day before they take blood. Lots of water. Coffee dehydrated you.
For your daughter's hair get some Biotin boost by Hask. It is a spray for detangling
Doing ok. Have to go to the out patient over at the hosp. today for a test my Dr. had concerns on when I went last week. so kinda anxious on that. your painting is looking awesome. I finished Tweet dreams and now doing Season's greetings from Dreamer Designs for their event. Still doining Nostalgic event and now and then working on Relaxing on the farm. I think it's pretty simple to do the test. Just open the box and read it. it's the fear of the unknown.. once you open it you now know. saw the reply on Bella and yup they put you to work. It's cold Washington state.. in 20's nights and 40's days. no snow. which is fine with me. Awesome on Oreo's new home. that will be nice and he'll have a friend. hugs
You are doing right by Oreo. I used to raise show bunnies and 90% of them are not biters. Something was upsetting him. It's hard to decide what is right. It will be hard but having the peace of mind that you are doing what's right. You have an amazing heart. thank you for always being true.

Omg! I am right there with you about giving blood! I have passed out, fainted, all the things. My veins are deeper so they have to dig in to get them. I wind up bruised and sore. I hate it. Haha Sorry to hear about your bunny. great wip n chat. Have a good day! 💎💕
Oh man nightmare attempted blood draw😱 my son is 26 and had a bad experience with his vacation and will pass out if there is a needle. I haven’t gone to hobby lobby yet. I also saw this morning Michaels has some Christmas diamond paintings for 14.99 (not DAC) they are cute so I’ll be visiting craft stores. Oh sad about Oreo but sounds like it’s for the best. Our fur friends are like family but y’all did what was best.
Oh got some progress done on a blanket for my Mom. Gotta pump out those handmade gifts lol. Sending y’all some strength and healing vibes ✌️
Lol! My doctor sent that to me when I turned 50 and again when I turn 51. I had no warning but I did get an email letting me know I needed to send it back. No big deal.
Love catching up with you and your family. It is hard at times to do the right thing for our pets, but it is the best thing for all of you.🥰😍
I’m doing good. I love you wip because I sit down and do my Diamond painting. I’m working on a gift for our pastor and his wife. I’m a big Disney fan and my daughter surprised me with a Winnie the Pooh Diamond painting. I can’t wait to do that. It was very nice surprise.

Hi Shay! Love this WIP and I too live in Dallas, actually – Rowlett! I remember having the knot issue with my youngest daughter’s hair. We ended up cutting it.😂
I don't think you should feel bad about the bunny. I am someone that doesn't think that a pet is always meant for a certain person or family. A lot people guilt people about pets. I think it is far better to seek out a better situation for the bunny. I am sure the bunny will be happy in his new home. Bunnies really aren't easy to deal with in a house. I have bunny sat for two different friends and had one as a teen.
Usually I’m diamond painting while listening to you, but today, you helped occupy my drive, as I was out and about, getting my eyes tested, going out for lunch at a pizza place I hadn’t been to before, etc. I started laughing right away, when you were trying to pronounce Cologaurd, because I knew exactly what that was. Never used one, but I have had a couple three colonoscopies through the years, it’s best to just get it done. The procedure itself is fine, it’s the day before that’s the hardest. I also laughed at your blood drawing story. Girl, get that water down you! I used to be awful, at really drinking anything, until last year, when I had a kidney stone. That one lonely stone, cost me about $4000-$5000, besides it hurting really bad. Now, I get down a couple tall bottles of water everyday, almost. Still should be about three, but hey, it’s much better than what I used to do, so hopefully no return of stones! I don’t like giving blood either, and have gotten queasy once when having it done.
Wine ( any kind of alcohol) dehydrates you, and caffeine is a diuretic. Before you go to the lab, I wouldn’t drink wine at night. Make sure you drink plenty of water the night before, and some in the morning.

Hi Shay, I’m so sorry to hear about Oreo but it sounds like the right thing to do. Sometimes it’s not the right fit. That doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. You wouldn’t be worried about finding him a new home if you didn’t care. Lu will be okay, too, it will just take some time. Take care of yourself. 💜 Dawn
Hello hun, no listen who said being an adult is easy. You are like most mums who just want there little one to be happy and Lou was at first but just like most living things they are all different with temperament ect (bunny, dogs, cats ect) We have over the years gained a rabbit (snowy) a Guinea Pig and a cat from my sister and family. I'm sure he will be going to a good home. Did you say they had another bunny? Don't please be hard on yourself x
Now young lady open that box do the test and have a clear mind. As a previous person mentioned who asked for it to be done might be on the paperwork in the box. I sometimes don't mind having the bloods done as im always worked up and had anti anxiety drugs just to get me to the doctors. I hope you manage to get to have your blood checked soon as it could be your hormones and they can help.
I love the canvas you are working on at the moment. I have never found the right landscape canvas that jumps out at me.

Hi Shay – Colorguard is easy, just pooping in a bucket and you do send in an unmarked box. Real easy. Glad to see Oreo getting a buddy.
I’m 47 and my doctor told me this year that I needed to get my screening colonoscopy completed. That was in May. Have a schedule this yet? Nope. I’m just really dreading it. As far as giving blood I’m pretty lucky that I don’t have any issues with it. I’m diabetic so I sometimes have to give 4 to 5 vials of blood every three months depending on how my blood sugars are doing. I can’t watch though 😝. Your arms must’ve been so bruised up after them trying to find your veins.

OMG it’s so gross! You have to poop in a container suspended from the toilet! I’ve never had good aim but I did it. You have to add- chemical to the container when done & put on the top on & pack it up & take it to the UPS store. I feel sorry for the person who unpacks it!🤭
Hi! Girl, don’t be embarrassed about your reaction to the blood drawing. I don’t handle it well either. One time, they pricked my finger and couldn’t get enough so they squeezing it and trying to get more. I was close to passing out. I’ve had a time that they tried one arm, then the other, said let’s try the other again. I said no more! After that one I started feeling hot seeing stars. Terrible!
I think it’s so sweet that your husband offered to work on Lou’s hair. That’s awesome. 🤗 I have a friend that had really curly hair and so does her daughter. She has said she has to brush it every day and she suggests in the shower while wet. And her husband has to clean out that drain frequently. 😧
I ordered my first nice pen from Diamond PenPal the other day. I was really confused though as to what type to get. Never knew you had choices from bumpy, round, chubby, slender & etc. 🤷♀️. I ended up getting a tapered I believe. What kind is your orange pen your using? I loved so many that said round or chubby. I have arthritis in my hands so wasn’t sure if they’d be too thick. 💕

That sounds like me whenever they try to find a vein on me! I passed out once when they finally gave up on my arm and they were trying to get it from my hand. I watched them moving the needle around on the back of my hand trying to find one there and it looked like it was about to come up through the skin and I started to feel like you but I went out! Lesson learned since then to definitely not watch them when they can't find a vein. So also make sure you're warm when you go in next time. If you're cold the veins will be further from the skin. Someone explained it to me like it's your body trying to protect itself from freezing. Plus drink that water! 😆

I am so sorry to hear about Oreo, I know its so hard to say goodbye – and sometimes its the grumpy ones that touch our hearts the most! Wishing your family lots of love and positive thoughts. Thank you for sharing this WIP and chat – I love the image and all the autumn vibes! And the story about your daughter's hair reminds me of my hair as a kid! My mom and always fought about the knots in my hair, but my dad was the one that could always get the knots out without making me cry lol.

It's been a LONG week here. In addition to my normal watching my granddaughters (youngest all day & oldest after school), we had 3 different Scout meetings on different nights that we didn't get home until about 10pm. I'm SO glad it is Friday (finally getting to watch this).
Hope you're all feeling better! My granddaughters have been sick (severe congestion & cough, but no fever). My daughter took them to the doctor and they said there is a nasty virus going around and it just has to run it's course. I've felt so bad for them both. They are finally sounding a bit better though.
I still haven't been able to find the DAC Christmas kits at my local Hobby Lobby. I need to try again tomorrow.
I agree it's hard to re-home a pet, no matter how grumpy they are. I've been there and went through all the same emotions you went through. Sending you hugs!

Shay, be cautious. My doctor said having one done by a doctor is best. Those are not as effective and if you have any pollips, that test won’t detect them, and they need to be sent for biopsy to ensure they’re not cancerous. Please have it done by a professional. 🙏🏼❤️
