Get extra bucket so you can flush toilets if you loose power. I recommend 3-5gallon pails per toilet and one for each shower so men can pee in shower to conserve water.

The 60 count box of eggs at Walmart in Illinois is almost $17.00! I need to move to Florida!
Go to the PAINT section at Walmart and get the Yellow food grade buckets, they are about $7.00 each and include the lid!
I flood also so I use BAGS OF MULCH AND PLACE (PACK THEM) IN FRONT OF MY DOORS AND THEY WORK GREAT!!!! TRY THAT IF NOTHING ELSE!!! It has SAVED ME MANY TIMES FROM FLOODING WHEN MY NEIGHBOR FLOODED NEXT DOOR BECAUSE SHE HAD NOTHING TO USE TO STOP THE WATER!!! I later (the next bad storm ) went and bought her several bags of mulch and it kept her house from flooding and she was extremely grateful…Praying for you guys!!! 🙌🙌🙌

When we had Sandy each day was designated to certain letters of the alphabet. You could only get gas on YOUR day allowed by letter on license plate or your were not served. Stay safe! Even a 30 day supply is better than nothing. At least 6 months for grids. 💖🙏
