I love Waller I even got his jersey but he’s 30 and has only had 1 or 2 full season healthy we got like 14 mil and a 3rd rounder for a guy we got off a practice squad, he hasn’t produced the last 2 seasons because of injuries so I wouldn’t take it as a lost at all. We have more cap for our defense, I believe RENFROW is next to be cut to get more cap because we signed meyers and dorsett

Boy Raiders have become so dysfunctional it’s bizarre. Im glad Carr is gone he deserves better. Raiders are the only second professional sport team that does not have to pay rent on their stadium. Big financial incentives for the Raiders. 30yrs from now they will still exist and still have the fan base its a fact. Its a huge business today, even tho fans are willing to financially pay these outrageous contracts for entertainment its not going away any time soon. Raiders have become a very dysfunctional organization. It’s bizarre. Waller is a great TE Josh wants New England system in the Raiders organization problem with that Brady isn’t coming with it. No previous or present NFL QB compares to a Brady at all. NFL is the hardest professional sport to earn a championship its very competitive. Its not like the NBA where you can buy a championship, nor like the MLB.

Waller is not motivated to play anymore. He has for sure lost motivation. It is possible that he will regain the motivation with the Giants. Don't know. He's motivated dropped immediately after Gruden was let go. Gruden means a lot to Waller. It's quite possible he did not agree with Mark Davis bending the knee and getting rid of Gruden, and it is also possible that he was further de-motivated with the McDaniels hiring. But the Raiders saved A LOT of money and got a draft pick. They will fill needs.
We'll see though. If Waller's demotivation has nothing to do with what happened to Gruden and is more of a "character shift" in Waller, then the Giants are going to feel real ripped off. But Waller you could tell just didn't care anymore during his last 1.5 seasons.

No Darren Wallers mouth got him fired. Sept 2022 the extended his contract when he still had 2 years left. McDaniel's was all praise about this guy. So what happened? Why did the relationship deteriorate in so little time? I'm almost positive him and Derek "crybaby" Carr were running their mouth in the locker room trying to get Josh fired. So Josh leaked the wedding and did things a person would do when they don't like you anymore But like a viper in the grass Darren talked shit to his boss about this and then Mcdaniels showed you who the boss was and shipped his bitch ass all the way across the country to a state that is cold as fuck during the football season.

Josh Mcdaniels has single handedly hit the reset button on the Las Vegas Raiders and doing the same thing if not similar to John Gruden when he started and in his 4th year he will start to possibly see success high above average if he lasts that long unlike Gruden.
I’m a Raider fan and i can honestly say that this organization is being Sabotage by the coaching staff. DC was forced to be a seasoned QB under McDaniels system. Which is impossible especially when there was never a rapport established to begin with. So we lose DC but for this matter I’m open to after 9 years of no consistency. Now it’s Darren whaler to the giants that does make sense but really doesn’t. First I think Raiders are trying to just stack draft capitol to beef up Defense. The offense doesn’t need as much attention as the “D” so i see the readers addressing some of the offense problems on FA. So with some of the capitol gains still left after dealing in Jimmy G raiders looking to see what other FIT can be acquired during FA. And go all in on defense during draft. But it all come down to player fitment to McDaniels schemes and personal preference according to coaching staff.

Ok to start off the offense is going to go through Jacobs and Adams. That’s why they are keeping both. They picked up Meyers because he’s a good possession receiver and Dorsett because he’s the burner. Renfrow will be the slot/Edelman role. Garapolo knows the system, matter of fact there’s no buying in like Carr had to do last year. Carr is a great leader and can read defenses, he used to audible out of plays all the time until this year. The reason why I think he is no longer the quarterback. Now to Waller, hate to say it but not only is he hurt a lot (2 seasons of injuries) but he seems distracted with his music and I think it made him seem less interested in playing football. They knew also that he won’t get the ball as much considering Adams will get the bulk of the throws. No need in paying a tight end that won’t be able to produce. Not enough balls. There is a draft full of them coming up real soon. And they still have Moreau. That’s what I think and my opinion. Was bothered at first but I am starting to feel like next season if we get some more impact defense players we are going to the playoffs.
