  2. PB, I agree with your attitude on gold/silver 100PCT
People worry way too much about the fluctuation in the price.
If anyone out there is DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging), for example: buying $100 a month, YOU WANT IT TO GO DOWN !
When it goes down, you end up buying more each month for the same $$$$ fiat/paper money.

PS keep an eye on the premiums for physical, they are insane.
Part of this is typical econimc downturn which almost always causes increased demand in coins
The other part is skewed allocation away from mints during the supply chain issues over past 24 months.

  3. I finally found potting soil for April when I start seeds!! Had to go to four stores in big city to find!!
Butter here $1.99# so I bought 20#. 5# potatoes $1, limit 5 so I bought those. Eggs $.99 so I will buy, freeze and use for baking. Sale ends today.
Now back to the Village where I live!! Blessings to all.

  4. Canadian thanksgiving just pasted. I usually by a turkey for my family of 5 adults at about $20-$22 dollars. This year I paid $40 for the exact same turkey. I was seriously thinking of saying no to the turkey and having a ham but the family lives turkey dinner 🤦🏽‍♀️I caved. Lol

  5. Pinball. You son of a gun. I love that name. LIZZO THE HIPPO. Couldn't think of a better name for her. You could release her in Africa and the natives wouldn't be able to tell the difference

  6. One Thanksgiving my recently divorced father made pot roast for Thanksgiving dinner cause that's what he had and he probably didn't know how to cook turkey. It's the getting together, the food is important but secondary to the gathering. At Christmas, my mom's family used to make a Spanish garbonzo bean "peasant" soup, because they were Spanish… it's not a Spanish tradition but it became our family tradition and we all loved it.
