  1. that's a gorgeous SotF build, my friend!

funny how much more interesting builds can be, when they start from a small idea/single piece and progress according to the last piece placed and their surroundings; as opposed to working from the start to create an already laid out concept and usually involving all rectangles. 😄

    [maybe you'll find this interesting]
i had been working as a cabinetmaker for many years, had lots of high quality measuring tools and was obsessed with precision, and then i attended a famous Studio Furniture school and learned of, the "story stick." changed my world to build from one parameter to the next based on relation to the other parts; if you need 4 precisely matching table legs, you just precisely transfer the measurements of the 1st you make to a stick, and that stick becomes your guide–no ruler, measureing tape, micrometer, etc.. measuring tools certainly have their place, but building from existing reality to existing reality is an amazing perspective change…and it's awesome that it's possible to build that way in a game. 🥰

  2. I have a similar place, was unsure if should use this one or the small ledge on the beach that looks like a sock, but opted for the beach for being smaller (I know if i have a big space I'll spend days building 😀 .
Hoping Endnight adds the lift like we had in the forest for these bases, so kelvin and virginia can be safe.
