I’m not sure I understand why you or anyone would make a guide before the game comes out and gets patch changes
Take that shield off your back. You can't dodge or strafe out of the way.
What about life Staff + hammer or spear if you can mange to stay closer to the action?
Seen most ppl mention the ice gauntlet as secoundary so its probably the best, just curious if anyone have tried with either hammer or spear (they both have some decent CC aswell dont they?)

Over on the left tree, 3rd rank down, "Revitalize" passive apparently can really help with the Beacon cooldown.
I think I'll probably still go with Orb of Protection instead. I'm still not totally sure. I'm tempted to get Orb of P AND Beacon (with Light's Embrace) because of how mobile fights are (did dungeons 6x over 2 betas, people rarely would hold still for Sacred Ground), but that would prevent the ability to get to the end talent on the Healing side.
Um… Lights Embrace has a critical element I think you missed. "+30% for each buff on the target." Spirits United is a passive on the right that gives mana regen, we can assume if you are hitting a tank they will have Fortify, a DPS should have Empower, food buff, that's effectively a minimum of 3 buffs, so 190% MINIMUM heal. Plus, there's also a 1.5 second cast time on Divine Embrace, whereas Light's Embrace is instant cast.
When I was soloing in the open beta (low 20s) with almost no Focus, I could drop Sacred Ground, Orb of Protection, then Light's Embrace would hit for about 750-1k.
Good video. I used more or less the same build to 52 in closed beta. By the way, take off your shield. It does nothing for you unless you are using a sword. The shield's stats (unlike your secondary weapon) won't be given to you. Without a sword, your shield is only weighing you down and making you have to wear lighter armor to get under the medium or light cap, thereby reducing your mitigation.

You should run to your tank so he can pull mobs off you instead of talking the hits.

Why do you have shield if not using sword ?
Woah, hey Hack. I haven’t played ESO in forever but it’s good to hear from you again. Thinking about playing this game, hearing good things. I loved eso for what it could have been, but sadly couldn’t play bc of performance.

hmm if you want to go with Lights Embrace I would pick up Orb of protection, thats lets you keep two buffs on the tank, if you also pick up glowing focus and revitalize, you can keep those buffs up 100%. Splash of light is pretty trash

how are able to keep blizzard aoe while switching to main weapon? tried this with fire staff but the blizzard aoe disappears as soon as i switch to my fire staff
Remove the shield, if you're not using sword & shield, Shield does nothing gives 0 stats 0 everything. It just weight a ton shit. So it's useless for non Sword & Shield builds.

Video is good but the fact that you are running around with a shield on with no sword kind of makes me question how well you understand the full game mechanics.
Is it a viable build for solo players ?

This seems like a bad guide…. I got to when you switched burst heals and smh
I don't like this life staff build, drop Splash of light and pick-up sacred ground it's by far the most important ability to have, always start with sacred ground and then you can pick and choose the other 2 skills. In fact in the gameplay VOD there's someone else using life staff in the group and dropping sacred ground, I'm not sure if thing would have worked out otherwise there.
I tried this build in beta and it just did not work everything felt clunky and damage output really suffers. I run Beacon, Orb of protection (with protection blessing), and Sacred Ground. and chose Revitalize over enchanted justice as it will only be used if you get hit and if there are member around you which IMO makes it too situational.
