Spiritfarer is an indie adventure game developed by Thunder Lotus Games originally released in 2020. This is a beautiful and cozy management game about dying. As a psychotherapist who streams on Twitch, loss is a topic that comes up a lot and is often not acknowledged or addressed. I figured that playing this game and creating some space for folks to have conversations about grief would be a positive attribution of my stream.
In our first episode, we picked up three spirits that we have added to our barge and learn some of the basics of managing our resources while charting out exploring the open seas. I am absolutely in love with this game!
