Try it again but instead of adding sticks of butter, cream the butter with the spices and put it under the skin… It will season the drippings more to so ease up on the potato seasoning.

Guga.. I have an idea that I want you to try. I'll be honest I want you to do this so I don't have too. You've already done a video with pickle juice marinated and soy sauce marinated steak separately… but what if you do a 50/50 mixture of soy and pickle juice???? I think it's a good idea to test
