  1. One thing I noticed is rhat all of the weapons and masks you get are 10x worse than the stuff what get during the main story. For example, ive been the dlc and never gotten anything above 2%

  2. I lost all my save files from my 100+ hours in the game. I don't want to replay the story again so can I just jump right into this DLC barebones with no skills/prior equipment or….?

  3. The DLC is great, The challenges are fun and surprising. Quite challenging too. The content is pretty easy to complete. The rewards from the hall vendor took me about 1 day to complete unlock Which is way to fast in my opinion. The story is ok. I agree with this review. I don't think it was worth the wait. But definitly a step in the right direction!

  4. I called the entire dlc focus back when it was first revealed. The focus techland has put on challenges and long grindy progression trees is absolutely absurd. The chapter systems suck, and yet again they’ve added another damn system to grind out.

It’s like they saw that the legend level system was appreciated, and decided to introduce a metric tonne of separate level trees to grind out each having their own separate currency and repetitive tasks to do over and over and over.

If a player comes into the game ten years from now, the game will be 90% grinding bounties and challenges if techland keeps this up.

Players clearly aren’t that interested in this kinda thing. Even with the dlc out, dl2 is still pretty low on players, especially compared to dl1.

  5. I’ve already completed this dlc overnight, it took around 3-4 hours and it seems that there are choices so I’m prolly gonna replay as a more peaceful guy, because in my current play through I played as the gladiator with no sympathy or feelings, my only goal was to be at the top.

  6. Challenges are probably my least favorite thing in the Dying Light series. Bozak Horde was the only exception, so if it's anything like that but better, I think I can live with it. I haven't played it yet and in all honesty, I don't think it's enough to pull me back in, though whenever I get the itch, I'll give it a try.

  7. I played dl1 A LOT. Loved every second if it.

But this game is not it. World is copy-paste

The combat does not have the satisfying feeling.

The humans have 3 attack animations thats it.

Its a shame how they fucked up this game…. I never expected to be this disapointed.

  8. Yeah, STILL NO LEGEND RANKS!?!?!?!?

Why would I play this game again when there is no progression in any way after the level cap? I haven't touched it since beating it at launch, and won't until there is a actual reason to.

  9. Oniii i got a question man, when i played yesterday early with my friend, we noticed there was something in the ranks that said “oni zombies” i don’t think it said that in general but i know it said something like that, is it really a easter egg for you oni? if so i’m so proud of you, keep it up oni

  10. Not going to lie I was hoping for a larger area to explore but i get why it's main focus is carnage hall I just hope they fix more bugs and co op because it's hard to join people on ps5 doesn't always work

  11. Really sad. Just another useless waste of time and effort from their team producing content that doesn't improve the game at all. Game has become a factory of useless cosmetics and reskins. And timed challenges! Characters in DLC are laughably reskins from others in base game, ie. Ogar is reskinned Frank under a beanie wig, another guy you speak right when entering Carnage Hall is an effeminate version of Rowe, and so many others. Jeez, they couldn't even care. Been 3 to 4 hours into the DLC and all I've done was timed challenges and more of the same quests that are also in base game. Absolutely NOTHING interesting or new. Instead of working on improving the game, they work on producing more of the same. Techland nowadays is a very limited developing team, sadly.

  12. i really want a chance to actually gamble kinda like the system in shadow of mordor when you take one of your fighters and bet against an opponent and actually watch the fight between the two or more fighters. 🙂 would personally be something i would enjoy.

  13. I disagree when I got to the end I didn't care anything towards the main characters to the main plot I usually get engrossed in games like this but all I want to do it either ditch these people or kill them I didn't care for their story at all… plus if you can't figure out the main plot in the first 10 mins of playing this story then you need to pay more a tension a blind deaf man could figure it out lol
