I noticed something. I see water shortages and fires nonstop in the news until …you guessed it…floods. I’m not a rocket scientist but it seems to me …we need to get serious about reservoirs, because this is the new normal until…wait for it,wait for it…it gets worse.
The idea that a platform like Weibo would publish personal information and comments is interesting. Users may not like it, but it will help to moderate much of the silly behavior that people currently exhibit on social media.
