  1. Thanks Carl! This is reason number 4,080 why Carr is the man! We need to work on the right side of our line and we will be golden. Brady took pay cuts, true. But Brady was easily making 40 million a year in endorsements. Plus, at her peak, his supermodel wife was pulling in over a hundred million a year. Go Raiders!!

  2. I have the ultimate respect for Carr. His unselfish contract proves his commitment to the Raider's. His teammates see he's willing to take less for a championship and help them to be signed. As you said Carl, this is how dynasties are made. Carr deserves so much credit for all he's been through especially last year. He's a man of integrity and a helluva QB.

  3. Carr is a FAN of the RAIDERS, and wants the franchise and team to win! He just has the unique position of being really talented and able to help them do it! This is why I have owned his jersey for a long time!

  4. Brrruuuhhahhahhaaaaaa!!! Oh man, you spin doctors kill me. Carr did was best for HIMSELF given the choices he had. He had two choices with one team, play for one year for 19 mil, not all of which was guaranteed, or play for 25 mil guaranteed. The latter two years are meaningless. It's a choice between two one year deals, one being better than the other one so of course he did what was best for him. It's the Raiders that looked out for Carr, not the other way around. He was under contract. A hold out would not have served anyone because the Raiders put a price on him and weren't going to go above that. Carr is betting on himself, but he also backed himself in a corner by saying he didn't want to be traded and didn't want to play for anyone but the Raiders. Now he has to perform. The bottom line is a QB entering his PRIME got a one year deal. This is it, he has to do it this season.

  5. When it comes to leadership Derek Carr is the one who gives that locker room confidence of being able to win football games he shows of how much he loves this team he doesn't go like hey we can't win im gone he doesn't do that he stays with a team he loves by heart because he knows that they can win football games if they stick together. Now that is a true leader. We are honored to have a leader like Derek Carr

  6. You take Derreck off this team and we are a 4 win team. Is he the best? no. Does he have flaws in his game? who deosn't not named Tom Brady. Do we have a better option? hell no.. I think even if you bring in a QB that may be more talented then Derick. They won't have the same effect on this team as he does. He has control over the locker room and his teammates will ride for him. I like him and I have been watching raiders QBs since the days when we drafted todd marinovich from USC so I am riding with DC. It's hard to even get a good QB let alone a great one.

  7. DC4 is a 🧠 man! He knows in order to get to a Super Bowl 🏈 U HAVE TO SPEAD THE $πŸ’š $πŸ’š $πŸ’š $πŸ’š!! Wreather threw who's already his teammate at his skilled position or a former teammate who's available because his former team knows he wants to in a better & warm environment & he knows DC4 will PUT OUT for him.

  8. Derek Carr is silencing all the haters. You don't like him, but Davante chose him over Rodgers, McDaniels came to LV because of Carr. Mark Davis believes in Carr.
