Couldn't agree more! I was very depressed many years ago and I noticed I was on FB alot! I summed up facebook by 2 groups when people post something "Braggers or Naggers". It was all so toxic and I decided to quit all social media. My depression symptoms began to fade away and I never went back on FB. That was almost 15 years ago. Get rid of the toxicity!
People definitely take this as a red flag from me when they hear it, but I have no social media lol. Just a Facebook so my family in Boston can see pics of their grandaughter, nothing else.
