  1. A no trade clause immediately eliminates any trade speculation so that Derek can focus on his job and sleep comfortably at night. There’s a lot of work to do…but the Raiders offense looks extremely dangerous!

  2. I think it was mistake by the Raiders to pay Carr just from the standpoint that they don't really have a chance of winning their division and how stacked the AFC is and will be at QB. They now tie up their salary cap for the foreseeable future. Carr is a decent QB but the Raiders don't have a prayer right now. They should be looking to find their next QB in the draft since we've probably seen the best of Carr already.

  3. Only 1 of 4 QBs with over 4,000 passing yards in the last 4 seasons… Do you know who the other three are??? Brady, Rogers & Mahommes.

He was tied for the most comeback wins last season with who? Stafford(didn’t he win the SB?) Finished 5th in passing yards, top 3 in completion % without a #1WR and where was that baaaaad man who had his buddy?? 10th.

He got his no trade clause because he has endured the BS circus that has seen him as many head coaches/off. Coordinator changes as Stafford. A winner??!! Steven A., WTF ARE YOU SMOKING?

  5. 5 different coaches and 3 GM within his time playing for the Raiders and you blame one single player??? No consistency in the organization is why the winning percentage is so low…..Carr signed a team friendly deal if you actually see his contract

  6. Carr couldn’t lead Girl Scouts on a cookie drive. What the Reno Raiders need is an openly gay or transgender qb. If they get that, straight to the super bowl. Everybody in the gay and transgender community is a better leader than Captain Carr.

  7. A no-trade clause is a perfect trade-off when you consider the amount of guaranteed money in the new deal: $0. The Raiders now have the ability to spend and put more talent around Carr, the only thing they can’t do is ship him off for picks (unless he gives his ok, of course). Sounds like Stephen A-hole is clutching at straws to bash what every fan says they want from their franchise QB: a team-friendly deal.
