I just… imagine paying to stay onsite for 2 entire weeks and then getting wrapped up in that. That’s so much money lost! I’ve always gone into Disney with the mindset that there’s no such thing as “getting your money’s worth” in that WE MUST DO EVERYTHING AND IT MUST BE PERFECT way some people take it to, but to fight over something as stupid as a spot in line for any ride, let alone PhilharMagic?!?!?!? So dumb.

I'm not surprised. We had an awful time last time we were there (May 2022). Disney Management's Greed and Genie+ have absolutely ruined everything – making Qs unbelievably long (deliberately in order to force people to buy that "service"). So tensions boiling over is not surprising after what i experienced. 155 minutes for Peter Pan, 190 for FOP! And we watched cast members let zero people in from the standby lines even when there was no one waiting in the lightning lanes!
After being regular visitors, we'll never be going again. They can keep their tired, dirty parks and broken down rides

The intro to this was very funnyyyyy!! 😛 I think the new magic bands are very nice, very sweet. Do I feel the need to get one? Not really. I would like to go on the Disney Wish. I have yet to go on my first cruise. I want it to be a Disney cruise. Seen Toms vid of the cabin. Tight squeeze it seems for him. ~smh~ is all I can do about that fight. Wow… I may have to get that Orange Bird tote. Always, awesome job Eric. Who needs Tom!? 😛

Wait? The family that was initially harassed was then BANNED FROM THE PARKS. WOW… just wow. Also, raise the prices and grandfather annual pass holders that remained pass holders through 2020.
The respect has to come from both sides when in line at Disney. I was there in April with my son and watched a group of 8 people cut in front of us when there were originally only 2 people in the group. The people in the group behind me were starting to get angry and rowdy and it made it very uncomfortable and tense for everyone. It was so disrespectful and a slap in the face since the line was a 65 minute wait with many children in line. I can see where the fights will keep on escalating with tensions already high after some people losing their ability to interact socially in an acceptable manner due to the pandemic and the prices of Disney raising consistently.

People have to make a BIG @%$# deal out of their trips now. Look at proms, birthday parties, the list goes on. And when things don't go as planned…melt downs all around. Too much pressure.
I said before and I'll say again: They need to make an example out of situations like this. Put out a press release or an article or a video or something. People need to know that being belligerent, bringing guns or brawls like this is crazy and you will be banned for life.
I swear–I'd say that Disney needs to stop line cutting no matter the circumstance, but that might mean Cast Members getting beat up, which isn't the result any of us would like to see. There was a time when ANY line cutting wasn't tolerated, but that was a long time ago.
Is the prepurchase foe any magic band still only for usa and Canada?
I can't grasp not allowing one person who went to get their cell phone back into the waiting room to rejoin their party. One person. It's not like the US senate decided to show up and bully their way to the front of the line. Plus, we all know that theater style shows like this, the Tiki Room, Carousal of Progress, the Country Bears, etc. have a seat waiting for everybody once they enter the waiting room or area.
Deciding by a vote of 7-1 (or whatever) that the best possible use of their time at Disney World was to lie in wait and fight the other group instead of having ice cream, meeting Mickey Mouse, or getting in line for the teacups was poor judgment. I feel bad for the six year old. My birthday home movies has me blowing out birthday cake candles and opening presents. This kid is going to have videos of their extended family brawling about 100 yards from "It's a Small World". Apparently the world wasn't big enough for both of those groups.

Looks like several of the bison aka buffalos from Yellowstone National Park migrated down to Disney, they can be identified because of the red stretched out shorts. I'm amazed such fat jazzes can fit in shorts. I think any brawlers should be banned for 5 years from ALL Disney properties, let them visit the zoo instead.
