Yeah honestly poor events and terrible odds on cases in relation to time spent on the game has really ruined it for me.
I know it's just a meme at this point that "gaijoob cases are a scam".
But the events in general are so terrible and clearly designed to make you spend real money that it has entirely made me stop playing.
IMO the game is just going to dry up eventually because Russian developers seem to be shortsighted and greedy.
I used to spend money on the game in 2016-2019, but I haven't put a dime on it since then because I can't see myself even really playing it anymore because the developers don't reward me for my money or time.
