I’ve had stuff go through here twice and once my package sat for over 2 weeks 😤 I don’t even live down there! When I order stuff that ships USPS I literally figure it’s 50/50 if I’ll ever see it 😑 such a joke!
I can vouch for this. My package was 4 days late. Stated my package arrived in houston, then i couldn't track it anymore. Had live fruit tree i assumed it was probably dead, but surprisingly, it wasn't.
I ordered something in December which is a very important package still not received it but the tracking number showed Missouri City but now on the north side for days stuck.
If you choose usps shipping your almost guaranteed to have your package lost or stolen. Choose anyone else when you have the choice. The usps is absolutely garbage and should be solely responsible for envelope mail…….
The “new” system must have also affected regular mail. I sent Christmas cards ,with money in them, to my nieces before Thanksgiving. They will always send a text thanking me. I started getting a little worried after a few weeks. Finally got the texts around Jan 10. This year I’ll send the cards around Halloween.
Is USPS responsible/liable for anything like me not being able to return a product purchased if outside the return window. I purchased items from eBay, etc. Back in December but still have not received….. Stuck in Missouri City TX sorting facility for 3+ weeks now. Someone please stack a class action lawsuit.
I have a package that’s currently lost in this debacle. I can’t seem to wrap my head around why the facility would still be receiving mail if they can’t get what they already have, out to its respective recipients. If you know you already have an issue, then why create a larger one by not diverting packages to a different facility until you can correct the issue at the Missouri City location?
My packages have been two weeks behind every week. I thought it was due to holidays. The holidays are over and I still get the "in transit" for days. This is insane.
My customer has a package stuck there and they paid for 3-5 day shipping. They didn’t update the customer so I sent them a message and they called me at the branch it is supposed to arrive at telling me this. They should have been informed people what is going on!

5 packages stuck there. They need to open up the facility and allow pick ups to relieve the delays.
