I don't think I've ever seen anyone do a plant sim house. (Not counting "plant sim" as in this sim really loves plants. lol) I think that would be interesting.

I love to play with the mermaids, it's a shame they didn't get proper ocult stuff like vampires and werwolf. But they are able not just to swimm, they can switch the wether and changing the mood of other sims by singimg them a song. Oh and this fish on the wall will most probably make your mermaid sad (dead ocean friend) xD
I don't have the mermaids pack, so I'm confused. Why is she building a multi-floor home for a mermaid? Are mermaids able to walk on land in the Sims?
Gotta say, I don't get a mermaid vibe from this build at all. The architecture is very Mediterranean, which is cool but doesn't scream "mermaid," especially with all the yellow. The tropical plants with a Mediterranean house also doesn't make sense to me. I think something more beachy with blues and greens or pastels mixed in would've worked better.

Comparing it to the other packs (even Realm of Magic), mermaids really feel like an afterthought for Island Living
I think you are too hard with yourself, the house is cute! Ok, before it was furnished I kept seeing a Mickey Mouse head shape because of the towers but that's not a bad thing in itself 😝

Idk why people think mermaids would have some kind of fish empathy. Lots of fish eat other fish. Like, not even just sharks like in the movies. Tuna are predatory! Which is why they're such a mercury poisoning hazard, btw.
