  1. Anyone want to share the time marker in this sound recording where they actually discuss the nuclear plants mentioned in the title? Countries waited around until many ex-navy nuc retirees from various country's militaries, and reactor operators at existing plants retired, and many Jane already died, to finally recognize at last the need for more nuclear power plants. It should've been done 20 years ago when people still living with experience could make a go of things much more easy.
