I don't think it's correct to characterize the US support for Ukraine as being the product of a "lack of political will" or that the aid given so far is trivial. Countries have more concerns than Ukraine alone.

I wil not tire of supporting Ukraine, but I am tired of our governments not giving enough support or not having a strategy for Ukraine to win this war. I am also tired, after two years of Russia's brutal invasion still having to read Russian talking points appearing in our media.Tiredness does not describe the emotion I feel towards people like Peter Hitchens and Mearsheimer, or even worse low-lifes like Tucker Carlson.

Had to double check – thought the name was familiar. Turns out someone who I've actually spoken once to in a different area (working for Estonia iirc) ๐ Didn't realise that she was Ukrainian ๐ Quite a few people from my team (myself included) have been strong supporters of UA and continue (and will continue) to support them.
Residents in the occupied areas of Ukraine are repressed and their homes being given to Russians who've moved there.The pension is 10,000 a month.
F16 are needed in Ukrainian.How long is the training? I do believe that America is losing credibility on the world stage.

There's another chance to end the war:
If all emmigrated Russians and the emmigrated Belorussians would organize themselves – led by Mrs. Tichanovskaya – and "invade" Belarus (travel in there with protest equipments, banners, flags personal protection etc.) and join up with another bunch of losely organized opposition they could build up a revolution mass of 1-2 million people in a surpising flashmob.
Enough that a violent repulse is not possible (organization from outside is critical).
Belarus would fall in a matter of days. Putin hasn't the means to intervene. Putin would take a huge hit and even in Russia an uprising could be ignited (but is not primary target).
If Lukashenko flees to Russia, not only does it pose huge problems to Putin, it also takes all pressure for Ukraine from North. The air space over Belarus would no longer be available for Putin.
Further cacading effects are very well possible, but step by step….

If the USA gives a few hundred older missiles (slated for expensive decommissioning anyway) and a few dozen older F-16 Jet Attack Aircraft to Ukraine, then simply using the pilots and the three dozen HiMARS already in country, Ukraine could likely quickly reclaim their territory and proceed toward becoming a strong, long-term partner in NATO. But I think what Russia has got to fear even more is a Ukraine that is NOT supported by the West, and therefore, after a dozen years of being savagely attacked, a nation of over 44 million people, most of whom speak Russian and look Russian, will be free to attack anything Russian and do so in any manner imaginable, and they really won't have anything more to lose. I understand that old cracked propellant is a risk, can be catastrophic, overpressure the casings, damage firing equipment, unzip when fired, whatever. Ukraine should get these long-range equipment and they can always choose not to use them if need be. Joe Biden does not want to be seen as escalating. Itโs the reason the only support given is in an effort to reduce activity to the trenches. If they could figure out how to stop the long range efforts by russia, they would be totally satisfied. They were happy for eight years of this.

After so many useless wars, (Vietnam, Afghanistan, IRAQ) 40% of Americans are unable to see why Ukraine is worthy. Americans are ignorant of Russian history (I was and learned on my own). Also, Putin, via MAGA has a heavy hand on US politics, while Americans are distracted by 24 hr coverage of Trump, Jeffery Epstein and selfish pursuits.
5:55 to 6:05. I love the analogy of the marathon runner-Ukraine-and the one handing out water-the US. It is so fitting! Ukraine is running, but not tired.The US is standing by the wayside out of the race, handing out water, and expressing fatigue and "wilting". Unfortunately, while US leadership is supporting Ukraine's defense, that support is slow to come and in insufficient quantities for Ukraine to achieve VICTORY. The "slow" advance is making the US tired?! US leadership is "self-limiting" in its approach. They are failing to express the narrative of the importance of the outcome to Ukraine, to Europe, to the United States, and to all of the free world.
