I love that Duke let Missy keep his old scepter and even gave her his brooch and got himself a new one. Hell, he even got a new shirt, hat, and scepter. And they both are wearing each other's signature colors.

I loved this so much! Honestly the fact he was just an emo kid turned vampire is amazing writing, and I liked seeing his struggles. Braham sucks!!! But I also wonder what got them into so much trouble for that detention and wonder if that lead to ending their relationship; maybe Braham wasn't out yet, was using Duke, and they were caught? Seems like that would lead to that sort of fallout. Love the blonde vampire dude, seems to be a man of action! And then the Goku guy, I kinda hope he comes back as a vampire villain who is just MORTIFIED that his bite is on his leg and not his neck like normal bitten vampires, but is cool with being a vampire anyway because he actually gets Goku powers lol. 😂😂😂

Well, the other vampires seemed to have treated him better then the other human! I wonder if we'll get to see his dad.
I love that she still hates it when he grabs the cane but realizes after a second that it's okay. These two may have had a rough start, but they are an amazing vamp couple!
I just realized how much Duke kinda reflects Lestat in Interview With a Vampire! Almost in reverse though, in the story, Lestat abandons his life as a vampire in hiding and becomes a punk rocker. Here, it seems that Duke did the opposite.
Watch this video over at .75 and was able to small details. Like one of Duke’s “friends’” name was Bhram. A nod too Bhram Stoker the original author of Dracula. Also the music is really cool at this speed.

Just gonna say this because I haven’t seen anyone else say it yet: Has anyone noticed that the vampire that bit Duke looks similar to Artemis (sorry if I’m spelling his name wrong) from Threnody?
If I’m remembering correctly, Threnody is a prequel to this series, and there’s a lot of talk about the cane in there as well. It looks like when Duke found the vampires, they’re still looking for the cane. It looks like Duke found it though, or maybe was gifted it. The vampires are gone now, so now I just wonder if Duke left, if Artemis and the others left, or if something more dramatic happened…
I see these two are on goodish terms with each other, nobody can deny that their relationship was Rocky at best but, now I say that they can at least hug without fearing that one of them might stab each other in the back ‘literally’.
I really like they are know together, but you can she got some trust issues.

I didn't watch anything besides the series of animations, so I don't understand why she's angry about the scepter. Anyway, great animation, as always
