He’s not worth his contract. It’s a business. Not really anything to argue, Broncos took a wild risk giving him a mega extension before seeing his performance. Now they are staring at a significant salary guarantee if he gets injured.

The likely scenario is Russ was ask to restructure or will be sat down before clause kicked in.. Tom Brady , Peyton Manning and Patrick Mahomes all agreed to restructure contracts to help their team.. Russ is nowhere near the level of qb as those 3..
If I were a player I would never sign with them. They dont honor there contracts. They could have let him play out the year then let him go in a more honorable way.

This should violate the conscious of any ethical person. A "Coach" mid-season cannot be allowed to compel a player mid-season to change his contract or be benched. That reeks of ethics foul play. Both parties agreed to it…Russ just throws footballs…talk to the agent man. Peyton acts like he's the only one with skin in the game. Russ packed up his whole family. Embraced an unsuccessful team, unsuccessful coach(s) seeking superbowl glory. Never stopped believing. Russ went on a win streak and continued to perform all while being attacked and harassed by the Coach and organization. Unfathomable. This only adds to the legend of Russel Wilson! He gave you 25+ TDs to 6 picks without a Doug Baldwin, and WR stars, a system everyone knew, and an organization that was crapping on him for agreeing to a deal they no longer support. My hat is off to Russell Wilson. This guy is special and they (Bronco's, NFL) don't deserve him. Take a knee like Kaep..smh. i know he got professional goals and is a stand up guy, but this was foul.
