I would really like to know what y'all are doing to destroy your gloves. I have been using a PoolDawg $5.00 glove for over a year. I play snooker and 8 ball at a seniors center 6 days a week and for about 3 hours a day. The only thing that has happened to the glove is some stitching between the thumb and index finger has let loose. So the is a 3/8 inch hole along the seem. I stopped the hole from spreading by putting on some C.A. glue. Others at the center have been using a cheap Predator glove that I got for them for $10.00 Canadian each. Only a few have had to replace a glove.
I started using a glove because the heal of my hand became extremely callussed. Once I started using a glove, I used a wood rasp to shave off the excess skin that had built up.
You and l are the same height. You have been playing a long time and play very well. Could you tell me how you get on the shot line please. Really struggleing to find mine. Or just to impatient for rapid improvement. Thankyou James
Let me know which one lasts. I have found that they all suck and I don't use one.
I started making my own gloves, 2nd prototype is quite good. Stretchy fabric can be tedious to sew but they aren`t too difficult to make.

Can the talon be worn on either hand or in my case both?
