I have the highest respect for fosters. They work so hard to save and socialize these fur babies so that they can find their forever homes, even though it must be difficult to let them go every time.
I bottle fed a set of 5 kittens.. I used a wash cloth to wrap them snugly in while I fed them ..held them facing me to feed with that special kitten formula. They were fed from a bottle the size of a tiny doll bottle. They all lived and thrived. Their momma cat had developed mastitis 😢 she was unable to feed them. I helped her get well at the same time. It was quite the learning experience. They were placed snuggled with my other female who had no kittens who acted as a nanny who was a very sweet caring cat to keep them warm and clean until the next feeding. 😊. The family Vet advised me on how to care for their momma and them.
