A drunk driver gets arrested and then has no or a short jail time. Then he KILLS A PEDESTRIAN, DRIVES 40 MILES AND AFTER 3 HOURS IN A PARKING LOT, IS ARRESTED WITH A BODY IN HIS AUTOMOBILE!!!!! HOW FREAKING DRUNK WAS HE????????????????????
