There is very much more which could be added to this “dark cloud”, but, for me, there is a silver lining – We are witnessing in real time:

It has been ongoing israeli attacks on the Palestinians which resulted in a response of Hamas' Resistance fighters, Al Qassam
On October 7th, The RESISTANCE FIGHTERS RESPONDED with a well planned and executed targeted actiom which did not include the beheading of babies nor the raping of Israeli women. Instead, al Qassam focused in on acquiring sentive information, confiscated laptops, took hostages to help free their own captives kept in Israeli prisons for years often without charge or due process.
