Looks like a bad port of a mobile game.
The art is nice, looks like a nice game but I don't like to rack my brain…too much :p
I'm playing a kinda similar game (on mobile) called Friends and Dragons. You also have to think your movements and placement in advance but it's not the same traditionnal turn based.
I like the terrain art style, but not the chibi graphical characters. 4/10 probably wouldn't play
