Old Yellow Top: The Precambrian Shield Man of Cobalt, Ontario

  1. Regardless of politics and cryptids anyone else have awful luck in Thunder Bay? I've driven through it four times in my life and had two hospitalizations, one stolen vehicle and one divorce (not mine). You couldn't pay me enough to ever pass through their again.

  2. Hi. hope you are well.. I've discovered your channel a couple of months ago.. I must say ,I find your videos completely engaging.. I'm originally from Newfoundland and lived and grew up in the Maritimes. I've had personal experiences with the paranormal as well as my immediate family..listening to the stories you tell about folklore and legends of yesterday has given me comfort knowing that others have experienced what I have..so a big thank you to you for sharing these stories with us as it makes me proud of being a Canadian and a Maritimer.. 😊

  3. So happy to see a new video from you, just in time for the holidays. Thank you for your tireless efforts to bring our canuck history to light. Really love your videos. Keep up the good work. Blessings of love, joy, peace and fine health to you and your loved ones. P.S. great photos of Green and Dahinden. My first book on sasquatch was by them. My second book was by Ron morehead. Really piqued my interest in sasquatch and giants.

  4. many unusual creatures live with us in the multi-verse; imagine how many live inside earths crust and antartica; we have many lands both inside and outer lands beyond the ice wall; many with their own ice wall. Office Naval intelligence ? salt water classified top secret national security ? Why would salt water be so important? In other words; it is the MAP they are hiding; so much more land available and the resources that come with it.

  5. I moved to British Columbia two years ago, I have lived in native reserves all across Canada but the stories and history here are definitely the most interesting, and I'm particularly interested in the theories that these wild man stories were based on Neanderthals that used to live here, and I've visited alot of the places where those stories come from

  6. Great episode man, I recently found your channel and it’s awesome. I like Canadian lore. We need to remove Quebec from Canada and then we can heal and be the great country we know we are!… and Ontario. We don’t need a province that’s been bought by the Saudis and the wef

  7. I’ve read the giants actually had two hearts. If I remember correctly they’re in a slightly different place than ours. Of course we’ve all heard of the double rows of teeth and extra digits

  8. I remember when I was a teenager on a then quiet secluded lake between North Bay and Tagami. . Dad, older brother and I did a drift with the current, a fishing strategy. Dead silence. Bam! Splash sploosh ! We all jumped in unison turning to the sound and nothing.
    Just the ripples….

I've seen female moose in that same exact drift years later come charging into the water to cross, and then turn away at the sight of it. Dad is 65. He still doesn't understand wtf happened

  9. Really went out of your way there pal to drive home the most important thing about the boy that shot the Giant's hearts was fat. Why does it matter what his weight was, apparently he had more balls then the rest for the tribe combined.

  10. Thanks for the new content Hammerson Peters. Even as an American I notice strong geographical differences and culture in eastern and western Canada. The mountain men type lifestyle of the west verses the lush forest of the east. I’ve been to upstate New York and I imagine it’s similar to Ontario and Quebec. Broadleaf maples, white pines, birches and oaks. Western Canada is rocky and dry and has coniferous woods.

  11. As someone whom was more than a little pudgy as a boy, and having grown up around rather badass older family members, I can empathize with the young warriors desire to prove himself.

And as someone whom adores his family (and whom would gladly take any great risk to defend them) I could easily see myself stepping up beaide him.

Another amazing video. Keep up the fantastic work.

  12. Btw I rescued two copies of the Nahanni books, by Dick Turner. One at a dump swap shed on the way to be lost forever in recycling, and the other at a garage sale. I'm grateful that this channel exists, or I wouldn't have known about the treasure I could have walked past. ❀
