Instead of collapsing the building on top of it, you should have either flooded the tunnel, or sealed it woth concrete, y'know after fully investogating the hamas tunnel, and checking for the hostages alleged to be kept somewhere in the hamas tunnel network. But after javing done that, this section of tunnel network woild have been cleared, and containable.
Heck, you should even have seamless, edit free, single shot footage of said tunnel being imvestogated by yourselves.
