  1. Speaking of gear from the wilds trailer, if you look at a close up of the weapon, you can see two handles and what appears to be leather straps/buckles holding the two together…transforming weapon perhaps? Maybe a new way to stash dual blades? Thoughts?

  2. Listen, world may not be my favorite MH game… (GU for life!) …but i have some MAJOR unfinished beef with alatreon and to a lesser extent Fatalis.
So until WILDS comes out thats my game plan.

  3. I have to agree that I LIKE the Handler and she does a lot for us, WAY more than the community gives her credit for. The in the field meals are one of the constantly missed, yet super appreciated things and I'm super glad you noticed that and pointed it out.

Thanks for being endlessly reasonable Rurikhan!

  4. I've been nursing finishing MHW for like 3 years now (at "A light from the abyss" mission) I just enjoy tracking, hunting and fighting monsters, and most of my time is spent in co-op with monsters that I've already beaten/farmed. Love this series so far and I'm excited for Wilds.
As far as the clutch claw argument goes, I think it's better done in World than in Rise, where I can choose to not interact with it, whereas in Rise using the bugs feels so much more impactful and necessary. Obviously rendering a point weak is just a damage upgrade, but I haven't felt like i absolutely need to use the claw, whereas in Rise I feel like I'm missing out if I don't slam/combat the monsters into each other.

  5. Ruri nice to see you playing World again, I might jump on the bandwagon myself. That being said, since you enjoy mining a lot, give Return to Moria a look, good decent survival game that is not hard like Valheim but not too easy either and fun for fans of LotR and mining
