Capitalism:
Even the food is controlled its timed and take it away from her. This is a movie a the future controlled and irs been inplaced beginning from 2020.
Biggest contradiction of Capitalism. The Business class want works to be done and they, the Business class get to owns what are produces from worker, which are services and products. But they don't want to pay the worker, they rather keep what they had made from selling things worker produces, profits and all, AND not paying worker.
So they tried hundreds of thing to pay worker less and less, to not paying worker at all. Such as outsourcing, back then, Business class brings their productions to regions with less labor laws, under-develops TO overly exploited the worker in those regions, while laying off or threaten the domestic workers into either accepting reducing their wages with no benefits or get lay off.
Now Domestic workers are being lays off in favors of AI and Robots workers, which are slaves to their owners, the Business class, so Capitalist society went back to slaves society, but those aren't even the contradiction.
The biggest contradictions is, since Business class are paying worker less and less to not paying those whom produces at all. Worker which made up the 99% of the populations, WOULD not have any moneys to spends on Goods and Services, and thus the Business Class can not sell the product and services they owns, WHEN there is no one can afford to pay for them.

Interesting movie
I had never heard of this. I made the mistake of assuming it was a movie. It's a t.v. series. I should have checked before watching about 12 minutes.
Good summary as usual. One of the things I always find hilarious is "do the naughty" as an illusion to sex and the way you bluntly say characters are murdered, rather than "life ends" or another illusion. It's just the way natural sex is considered worse than murder is too funny, as if murder isn't horrible. Especially when those scenes are shown for sex appeal rather than a fade to black with an allusion to bedroom activities (like closing the door as the end of the scene). Maybe it's different cultures, but I feel that if you are going to illude to sex then you should illude to murder too as it seems hypocritical. Regardless, I enjoy your work and it's great for finding interesting films.
