Kings, Queens and Popes haven’t had such a powerful and personal show of love and admiration from those they have left behind. Fr Pat Gilbert deserves recognition within the Church for his beautiful homily.

I love Shane and the Pogues…but his widow's speech was appalling and so inappropriate. Not to mention the bringing up of Amber Heard to Depp as if that has any relevance…those are things you say in private, not in front of huge crowds of people on a televised event. Wow…poor form. Pretty shameful.
