5. Nice to see you reacting to this event guys ! Watched it from 1:15 am to 5:00 am, in France 😅

Nothing I was ultra-anticipating among the announcements but overall, a ceremony I quite enjoyed !
   • Seeing Jordan Peele on stage with Hideo Kojima was dope. After Guillermo Del Toro, another famous filmmaker!
   • Christopher Judge, you frickin' legend 😆
   • Old Gods Of Asgard: big fan of Poets of the Fall (the real name of the group) since Control. This performance was THE highlight!
   • Awards: Nothing surprising for me! Six prizes for Baldur's Gate and three for Alan Wake II, this is pretty nice!

   A few announcements I noticed:
   • The First Berserker: between Lies of P and Lords of the Fallen, we Souls fans are eating good. More Souls-like? Yes.
   • Hellblade 2: as a cinematic games lover, I adored the 1st game, still very interested in the sequel!
   • Rise Of The Ronin: after Wo Long, the team behind Nioh gets back to Japan. Very interested!
   • Black Myth Wukong: Would have bought this game day one… but hum… after some research on the studio and its CEO… Just no 😖
   • Banishers Ghost Of New Eden: Still wondering how this game will play out. We haven't seen much yet. Very curious!
   • The First Descendant: I think the feedback has been mixed for now, but I still wanna check the final release. Kinda like the art direction!
   • Monster Hunter Wilds: Did not recognized the game at first 😅 Seems they're aiming for a bigger MH World! Can't wait!

And of course, for Honkai Star Rail 😇
Acheron is my next top target after Ruan Mei but I could not openly mention her name. I did not expect Hoyo to reveal her this soon!
The final splash art looks cool, Penacony seems like a very vibrant city!
But huuuh… Are we still anticipating a deadly trap? Midsommar? Battle Royale? Red Wedding?
I still think Honkai will remain somewhat lighthearted till the final battle against Nanook and won't get very dark until some sort of Act 2.
However I can't help but hope something very creepy lurking in the hallways and avenues of Penacony 🤔

EDIT: I have to say one thing about the negative feedback online about the disrespectful attitude of TGA towards the winners.
I agree. Wholeheartedly. But I didn't even think to write about it… because I expected the show to behave like this. Which is both scary and sad.

7. Commenting before I'm done watching, but I remember reading that Neil Newbon was close to giving up on acting before he got the Astarion role for BG3, and so I'm not surprised that he's emotional.
