Hey Echo, this event Lunar something what u seen there looks exactly like rewards u getting when u are returning player to the game with legendary gear rewards and also on the right it was shown extra rewards like xp boost and paragon level boosts, I had a brake in playing few months ago and when come back I got “returning player rewards “ which looked exactly like that, not sure if this will be any event for us

There are two ways to aggressively monetize pets that I can think of. One way you mentioned which is to make it hard for free to play to level them to cap. The other way is to allow the pets to have gear which you can equip normal or legendary gems.
We will get, hopefully, the full information on how much pay to win the familiars are gonna be on the 12th, which is next Tuesday.
Totally going to have potential for 50k+ dollars for PTW. I guarantee it.

Yeh u can have multiple ones .. so say u build one pet for pvp then u have that on when enter example bg the pet dont come with but u get its stats active

The pets need to be invulnerable to other players because if not they will undoubtedly become targets. That being said I'm not getting a pet.
I have a feeling pets are much more expensive than legendary gems. legendary gems max rank is 10 and quality 5/5.. pets have max rank of 30 and quality 6/6? we'll see…

Look at each pet thy have a theme. I wonder if you can only acquire them zones with the same theme. You have the pet that lives in the sad and there is only one map with sand.
My big worry is that you use to use crests to get pets from elder rifts.
it is the same as "return player" event the 1 when wher you get a lego item pr. day and end whit a 1 star gem when you come back after longer time away from game

If it’s level 30 I would assume you level it up with scrap like Lego’s. That’s what I’m hopin. 600k+ waiting burning a hole in my pocket.
Those “rings” that you went over, that were under the set items section of our inventory are “Bangles” or bracelets one right one left hand and will get normal gems but the image circulating the person didn’t have any equipped which is why no gem slot was shown. They are 2 more green set items for our toons! Nothing to do with familiars.
