Why are Christian Men Leaving the Church | Women are Whole and Men Are Broken

Men are leaving the church at a rapid rate. But why? Do men feel disrespected by pastors who talk more than they research? Do pastors actually take the time to understand the full problem or are they speculating from the pulpit?

  1. Glad to have recently come across your couple of videos focused on us guys. However, I totally understand that this is your channel and you have to direct it in whatever way that you are led to do so. I do think that there is a big void though in the black community for other men who help us men to understand ourselves better, the opposite sex, and how to navigate this world and society with our dignity in tact and doing things in a way that’s pleasing to The Most High. That stuff is not being talked about enough. Keep up the good work.

  2. We need to pray for men they are under attack , pornography and lust of their eyes and flesh and pride of life….The enemy doesn’t want them whole so they can cover families and their spouces. So ladies pray for the men.

  3. Ephesians 5 does NOT say men submit to your wives that's totally NOT scripture. If man is to submit to wife than God must submit to man?… Cause Eph 5 is saying it clear its God, Man, Woman. That order! Understand, man shouldn't just dominate like agressing kings but just as God is over all us but he deal with us in love but yet at the same he has a authority over us and we are not equal with God. Men should love their wives as Christ love the church. Also understand and note this is in marriage. READ- Ephesians 5

  5. I attended a church where the pastor was incredibly well known. He was a Harvard MBA grad, appeared on Larry King countless times and was an advisor to Trump. I hated attending the church at time because of his pandering to women. Though he was a manly man he bashed men relentlessly. Even for non believers. His messages were neither fair or balanced. One of the biggest problems I have with the "black" church is uneducated and untrained black pastors. I'm not a fault finding person but I do listen very closely and use discernment. I find egregious errors in Biblical analysis in nearly all black pastors. On another note, I do not feel bad for women specifically the ones in the Church. Feminism has invaded the church and mindsets of the women there. I married a pastors daughter at the encouragement of a lot of people including the Bishop above. Turns out she was a stubborn, lying, attention seeking whore. Maybe not the whore part, however since getting divorced I see those other qualities in so many women in the church. I've gotten to the point where I don't even deal with these type of women who are entitled and delusional.

  6. Another simple ass black dude caping for pass around American women. Whats new. If she's slept sround her attending church doesn't matter. Did you forget the verse that says "If a man deems his wife unclean he can divorce her." Yeah buddy but yet another lukewarm Christian trying to blame men.

  7. In the black community many men take on the spirit of the woman. Men focus internally, while women focus externally. An example can be as simple as how women look at what other people have in order to assess their own happiness. External factors can affect her view of herself. When men take on these ideals, they focus on external factors. They'll call a black woman a queen based on external attributes, how she looks, etc. But a true man who is masculine prioritizes character over external factors. This would be the meritocracy, and a woman is only a queen if she displays the attributes of one. Many black men and this includes preachers, or low-level thinkers

  8. As a single woman who desires to be married, I would not sit in a church that doesn't have an almost equal amount of men and women. A church full of women
    1. Serves no purpose in my opinion.
    2. Has a pastor who is pandering to women for their money which means he ISNT teaching the Word.

  9. Did you just say husband submit to there wives? What bible are you reading from brother? Its called order. Submit yourselves one to another not to each other. Man submits to God, woman submits to husband, children to parents. And adam was not lonely he was alone and God had to tell him he was alone. Remember after the fall God ask him who told you that you where naked? Told you is the key phrase.

  10. The problem I have is that this woman sounds like a pickme. I know what the bible says, but we have to also not deny the reality of the times and the things that are going on. The word and concept " submission "has been historically used to not only oppress slaves but to also oppress women. We have to reckon with how men use submission to abuse, exploit and oppress other individuals as well as women. Patriarchy has damaged our society in many ways. The word of God isnt always black and white. There has to be a deeper dive into what submission is supposed to look like. We are no longer living in the days of old but contemporary society and there has been many changes and role switching since then

  11. He was trying to appease the audience itchy ears of the women. Most of these preachers will not say what the Bible says concerning man and woman, that's because culture in this world is telling the church what to live out.

  12. Brother Jay, quick question to you and your commentary on men and women and your attempt to "balance" the truth.

You said "the man is not over the woman", but in God's hierarchy it is clear who is the "head" in creation/relationship/marriage.

    Your thoughts sir?

  13. As a black atheist who never been to a black church but saw it on TV its obvious its nothing more than a big show for entertainment and drama and the pastors/preachers dont teach black people how to really improve their lives. Eat better, financial literacy, etc.
