  1. Dude, great to hear you're going back to the golden stuff of Star Wars! But hey, if you ever want to dip your toes into the Warhammer 40k universe for a look around we'd be happy to welcome you!

  2. Best of luck to you man. I’m in my mid 30s and have loved SW my entire life, but I find it hard to care about it anymore. I had to force myself to watch Ashoka and it probably would have been better if I hadn’t, as it was the last straw.

  3. Current Star Wars may be… rather dead, but the fandom is very alive. I just reunited with my SWTOR mandalorian rp guild from the early eras and we’re doing a… well, now that I think of it…a time jump like the sequels (considering the eternal throne expansion) but doing it write.

I’ve always appreciated that you’ve tried to be optimistic while objective and it breaks my heart in a way to see that light start to flutter a bit. I was a little worried this was you throwing in the towel entirely for a minute.

Overall I think this is a good move. Much of the modern Disney era is like an obnoxious poser at a metal show. Best response is to ignore ‘em and hope they learn.

  4. Agreed, it has been depressing seeing the decay of Star Wars… I grew up with Star Wars originally trilogy and continue living a Star Wars Life… however, Disney has taken this brand to the trash. From going to the midnight premier of Phantom Menace, after seeing a marathon of the Original Trilogy to have zero interest on watching any potential new "Ray" movie.
Andor is the only Disney show that I believe is still faithful to the original Star Wars spirit… but nothing else that has value on current Disney Star Wars.

  5. Disney could’ve made bad movies and tv shows so long as they added to the universe but they couldn’t even do that. The sequels and the d+ shows actively make the other movies worse so no one even wants them to be part of the canon.

  6. Hi theory! I've kind of struggled with something you may be going through which is, being attached to star wars. I'm don't mean to upset you, but YouTuber 'Generation Tech' mentioned a quote from George Lucas during the 2005 Star Wars celebration reading,

"The point of Star Wars isn't to let it take over your lives. It's to leave your uncle's moisture farm. To go out into the universe and save the galaxy."

Don't get me wrong I have trouble taking his request to heart too, but he brings up a good point. I think there are other ways to show admiration for a franchise or person to look up to like George Lucas, but I ultimately think that he wants us to focus on the current times we live in and solve those problems. For myself personally, I think the social isolation and lack of exercise we live with during this Internet age is one of those problems. You could become a film maker, and use your knowledge on Star Wars, and the real world inspirations that George Lucas had into your own projects. I've loved watching your videos in high school lol, but I think now would be a good time try something different. An example would be your fan fictions which are very fascinating to me! That would be a good place to start, with that being in the realm of script writing.

  7. Came to say I am so disappointed in you. While I understand you have your issues with new Star Wars content, your channel is no negative and the constant hate on Disney is getting super annoying.

Do you think the people making these movies and TV shows hate Star Wars? They really don’t. You have an idea of what Star Wars is in your head and anything except it gets an F grade.

You’re like a little child who is obsessed with lore, Anakin and episodes 1-3, but don’t forget that when those movies came out people hated them.

If it wasn’t for Disney, you might have had to wait 20 years for new SW content. You’d be out of a job and we’d all be worse off.

  8. Perhaps it's time that we all rallied around a film that should have expanded but never did. Part Goonies and part Star Wars and for many of us most certainly unfinished. Are you ready for it? The potential reboot and expansion of "Big Trouble in Little China".🎉❤😊
