They did announce this is how they wanted to do the updates from now on. don't get me wrong I can understand waiting a month maybe 2 though this is literally like a quarter of the year to go to live as a console player I was seeing this in August and thinking "man I hope they can release it in a few weeks now it's been months" I'm sure we'll get it by the end of the year (I hope) but the time it took for what the update provides you'd think this is a map expansion or substantial change the main thing added was the weather and cheats to consoles not even mod support for consoles or anything gigantic or game changing besides the big things like weather and cheats. I can play other games for only so long before I finished playing other games to pass the time waiting for this damn update π
I just hope it comes out before my country loses internet for 50 days next year.

It was quite clear they had prepared this silly excuse from the beginning, also getting ready to quote that stupid "barring any unforeseen issues or events" post once the time had come. They're so embarrassing. They're ruining the game each patch they're making, and they're still going with the false care for a "stable and round" release. They don't even care to just add those famous cheats in a very, very small patch for Consoles, just to give us something in return for their incompetence.

I understand gamer's feel obligated to comment on their fav game or the game that they have emotionally invested into, but I don't understand the hate, yes they estimated but got delayed and yes they couldn't deliver. At this point just take the money we gave you for bannerlord and remaster Warband with bannerlords battle sizes, graphics, the ability to kill people in battle and have a family and the leveling/renown system that bannerlord has and i would be happy
Ive been watching for months defending the game keeping my mouth shut when a new delay comes i make excuses but this is ridiculous. I dont hate the game i love this game and im not going to delete it from my PlayStation and never play it again because of another delay. But this is very frustrating

Imma guess and say since this developer team is extremely incompetent and are clearly more focused on pc instead of consoles we'll get the update most likely by February. There's no excuse to why console gets left behind by miles while pc gets updates months ahead and mod support the game is dead on xbox. And you've been defending this dev team every delay you don't understand the frustration because your on pc you could careless but we care and want the same content its not that complicated they knew they would get aton of sales on consoles they could of hired more people to help work on the game. There's alot of games that have been ported over to consoles from pc and the treatment is a hundred times better updates actually come out frequently this development team is sad but whatever
I canβt wait till I buy my pc next month, consoles constantly neglected, mods, higher frames, more playability I feel bad for all you console players, especially Xbox.
