Las Vegas police are charging eight students with murder in connection with the deadly beating of a fellow student two weeks ago. The suspects’ ages range from 13 to 17. Officials say a mob of at least 10 students killed 17-year-old Jonathan Lewis Jr. CBS News’ Carter Evans reports.

✊🏾 ~ For a significant period of my adult life all three of my Best friends were black. But now that I’m older and see so much police body cameras and news, beyond just selective local news, I do see that it’s non-white people who are involved in this violence so much more. And if I would’ve heard someone say that when I was a young adult I would’ve thought they were racist. And I can tell you I am sick and tired of the BS lies and double standards.
But I will tell you any buddy who is interested, I will still 100% support Democrats because I believe election denying MAGA supporters, and insurrectionist enabling republicans, or a huge threat to this country. Both the far left and far right are hurting this country and will do it even more if they are giving power, but only one party is ever tried to overturn an election. So I am a moderate who leads conservative on many issues naturally, but I will vote for Democrats the rest of my life until the Republican Party can change. If ever. I literally feel like it is a huge threat to this country they have Trump reelected or another MAGA is elected. Turning towards fascism, wanting to rip up the constitution and use it as toilet paper, that’s all on Trump. I think Trump could’ve been an extremely consequential president Harry meant anything he actually said. He never was gonna drain the swamp, he was Hillary Clinton on steroids. And Trump cares about his ego far more than he does this country. He would happily let this country burn if he could spin it as a win for his ego. If someone really does research into Trump, open minded research, they will see that he is a buffoon who wants the power of Russia’s Vladimir Putin.
This was a hate crime … Sad …. Imagine if this was 8 white kids jumping a black kid …

The problem will never be fixed if we don't first address the racial component and label this mob attack a hate crime.

Vengeance belongs to the Lord. And although the anger, and hate is inevitable. My prayer is that Gods love in you would overcome! It is easy to repay evil with evil, but it takes a real man to fight on our knees. I am praying for you sir.

If it was a black teen who died from 10 white thugs, it would be nonstop coverage.
CBS and all the others usually only cover stories that make black people feel like victims for just existing.
I remember when I was watching the Nipsey Hustle live streams before the actual person who was black was convicted. A black woman who gathered with other people outside Nipsey Hustle’s store, where he was murdered.
The woman said “WE did not do this.”
