I truly do not understand why people even get dogs.. i mean..once u do get a dog as a pet.. its for the life of that dog.. not when it suits you.. this poor dog has been thru hell and im so glad he was rescued.. and will hopefully find a good loving family that will love him forever

Unless the owner comes in crying and freaking out because they lost this dog and have been searching for him for a weeks and the dog is thrilled to see them? F— them They don't get to have nice things. Anyone that intentionally neglects and animal like this, sucks as a human being.
I don't see how he would be so skinny being a runaway. SOMEONE would have spotted him and probably would have started feeding him.
Real question here: if someone loses their pet, couldn’t they have starved while lost? I never understood why people critique the family of found animals when they’ve been missing for a long time. How do they determine is was the owner’s doing?

He is such a pretty boy, He should never go back to former owner. That owner has already proven they ,for what ever reason they could not take care of him.
Maybe that poor fellow has been away from home and on his own for a long time. Maybe they just couldn't find him.

When he wasn't reacting to his name and the other dogs barking I initially thought maybe he's hearing impaired, but he started reacting more when he relaxed.

I believe that dog is a vizsla. They are amazing dogs. Supper friendly and a total people pleaser and goof ball. This dog will have no problem being adopted.
If I can't afford dog food, my dog eats half of whatever I'm eating. May not be healthy but I'm not going to let them go hungry. They're part of my family.
