  1. My cousin past away , and I heard he drank to much, but their must be more. I looked up to him, he helped me in my life even through I only met him a few times, but I loves and cared about him

  2. Does anybody look at him and think he's so small I mean aside from the weight loss, he's a short man. And when I see the image of the man on the bridge at felt like he should be taller and I realized the brain can play tricks but that is just really startling.

  3. I usually agree with the charges when somebody is charged with a crime and I honestly usually have a bias, I will admit it. But something about this case I don't know if he's the guy. I want to know more I want to believe that he is but something tells me that he might not be. It's just weird and I really hope that they get justice. I hope it's him but something is just niggling

  4. Yes I think so if that's what he wants I mean sounds like they were getting to the truth that's why the witch of the odin cult kicked em of the case it's the witch of odins fault they need to get rid of that witch of odin in this case I don't know how she became a judge the witch of idaho

  5. I want to know WHO made or allowed her to preside over this trial? The original judge sent RA to PRISON and then resigned and left the state! Did he ask GULL to take the case? GULL is the administrative judge in ALLEN CO – not CARROLL county. They are different Judicial Districts! CARROLL CO, WHITE CO, and TIPPICANOE (not sure if I spelled that right?) are are part of the one with this case. ALLEN CO is not an abutting county or a sequentially number district – so how did this particular judge get on this case? Are there records for THAT?

Next, who oversees criminal trials and Judge conduct in Indiana – I thought that would be Supreme Court Chief Justice RUSH. Was she? This case is not exactly low profile. It would not be difficult for anyone in the state of Indiana to follow what is happening. Why did it take three lady attorneys filing something with the Supreme Court? And what exactly is that writ of Mand…

And finally – why would an Indiana Judge who is overseeing a criminal trial expect the state AG to represent her for her handling of the case? Isn't the AG the leading prosecutor when it comes to criminal trials? There is an Office of Administration for the Judiciary and it has its own General Counsel . Wouldn't that the office and place to reach out for legal help?

  6. Wow. Not sticking up for the guy, however, this is extremely shady. The judge acted as if the issue was over Richard allen not being able to afford them foing forward. Thats complete hogwash. Any criminal attorney representing a client such as Allen, would have asked for a retainer right out of the gate and it would have been at least fifty percent of the overall cost to retain them, essentially like a security deposit when you rent an apartment. I believe what really happened when they asked the judge to withdrawl, was over a moral conflict with their client. If that is the actual case, his old attorney's need to pick a new career. They're covering that transcript up and when they finally release it, i guarantee you that things will be redacted on it. If they had a moral issue with their client, they should have never taken him on. They need to get a new career because you are supposed to represent your client and jealously if need be. You are not supposed to bring personal or moral issues into it. Allen had a right to be there. And yes, they're allowed to speak to the judge alone…so long as it's not having to do with quitting over personal bias or feelings. I think its a disgrace. He deserves a fair trial and adequate representation from someone who knows how to not involve potential personal issues with the client. They should have never taken him as a client to begin with. Now they want out. Thats messed up. The man should still be entitled to an adequate defense and if an attorney has an issue with him, you decline to represent them from the get go. Not after the wheels have been set into motion towards trial.

  7. Wow Court TV host are so dumb and unprofessional. Lets ask our guest before this goes to trial to say if RA is guilty or innocece. Wtf!? Are we just not caring about the judical process anymore and trying everything in the media? This world has gotten sick. Props to MS for actually having a sane response to a stupid question. Motta your bias showed and how dare you minimize what that leak did to peoples lives.

  8. I think some have inserted their selves too deep, and need to take a step back. Too many emotions at play, which is very dangerous when evaluating a decision. This case has been focused around many personal emotions instead of evidence. Feelings of attachment to certain individuals is not evidence. I think others are involved and it is wrong how Allen has been in prison. Many of his rights have been violated. For what reason ? Giving someone their rights does not have anything to do with guilt or innocence. The evidence will determine that. Rights have nothing to do with the out come of the evidence. One could be treated like a king, but the evidence is what will show guilt or innocence. The way a suspect is treated is not evidence.

  9. NO!! They were cowards when those photos were 😏 “stolen” and now they see the popular YouTubes and Facebook posts et cetera, et cetera. They believe these YouTube channels have power when they’re just trying to make money off the case . They will now do it pro bono now because they’ll get famous. Or at least they think so. We have to remember these are guys have the most ridiculous conspiracy theory, so I’m not convinced they don’t actually believe the nonsense . I’m really worried that this cold blood murderer is going to walk!! I i know he is innocent until proven guilty. However, there is a real reason that he is a suspect and going on Trial. Yall know…spooky cults and all that crap, I just don’t believe it. He wanted it that way to scare the crap out of PEOPLE because he gets off on it.

  10. I feel that this judge has absolutely ruined the case against Richard Allen. He may very well be guilty but if I were on that jury, I wouldn’t be able to find him guilty. There are just way too many things that have happened that point towards some sort of conspiracy between the prosecution, law enforcement, and the judge.

  11. If you step back and look who's getting what they want??? Not Richard Allen! Not the defense attorneys! I believe it's all about the Frank's hearing! The prosecutor didn't want the Frank's hearing! What do you know? No Frank's hearing! Records destroyed…

  12. Yes the defense team should be immediately back on case I believe they will solve this case they are not playing around.Alot of times in law things like this happen cases take a lot of twist and turns to solve. This case is going right because of this defense team they are exceptional. This is what they are here for to get to the truth of things.

  13. Why is everyone in the comments pretending like his defense team didn’t leave sensitive evidence out and cause a leak, not once but twice? We all know that’s why they had to go. It was becoming a pattern.

  14. 38:42 Everyone saying he’s innocent 🙄 so these Odinist people just so happened to know this guy was going to be at the very least and by Richards own admission on the bridge that day. And planted this unspent casing which by the way he could have just accidentally dropped we know bridge guy had a gun so not really out of the question. And then broke into his house and planted the same hat and coat bridge guy had on. Not to mention he looks like bridge guy and we KNOW bridge guy killed them wether or not there was an accomplice we know this guy was on video ordering them down the hill. So this is all a misunderstanding and this cult decided to frame him?? You’re gonna have to do better. Bring on the trial cause it’s Richard Allen and I’m ready to see this guilty verdict. I guarantee police have more evidence we are unaware of probably more video footage/voice recordings.

  15. At this point, no one is going to be surprised to see this end up in appeals with a mistrial, if he's found guilty. From the moment it was announced this case would be held there, i knew it was going to be a mess. Too close to home, too many biases, too many opportunities for things to go horribly wrong, all of which possibly result in justice not being served as swiftly and accurately as it should be. Those girls, their families and friends and that entire community deserves better. And Allen, just like everyone, regardless of anything, deserves a fair trial too.
