In the UK we have a charity scheme called "Motability"…
It's a scheme for people who receive benefits for HIGHLY limited mobility issues due to a disability/sickness/injury. They provide a rented car (usually brand new) to the disabled recipient or their carer and deduct the cost of running it from their monthly benefit payments.
Don't know if that's a scheme everywhere/in Kuwait, but the situation seems very similar. It's definitely in the realm of possibility with Chantal's health problems… 🤷♀️🤔
