I MAKE Homemade TAMALES and They Are NOTHING LIKE THE MONSTROSITY ON THE PLATE SERVED TO GORDONS TABLE!!!!!!!!! AND It Is Very Time Consuming to Make Them From Scratch!!!! There is no way on God's green earth that those TAMALES were "FRESHLY MADE FROM SCRATCH"!!!!!!

There is no fkin way I wouldn't recognize Gordon almost instantly. My hearing skills for voices are far better than my visual recognition.
Aside from the fact this is a big dude – over 6'0", I'd recognize his voice and accent immediately.
Does anyone know how to tell if salmon fish is rancid at a restaurant. I always eat salmon at restaurants and i have no ides why it always taste so sour super sour? Whys that? Is it rancid or tf. Is a fish sauce suppose to be sour?
