He is reporting an attack on a colony and stopped to take time to get a burrito? No way they could have found them that quickly especially when their ships needed to us a ring to jump. SMH this is getting bad.
So, a scout ship crew member – whose very job is to patrol space to warn of trouble – has no other way to convey their IMPERATIVELY URGENT information to their Commander but to walk off the ship, order and eat a burrito and then stroll to a receptionist to see if she'll deign to connect him to the boss ? I think Future Humans deserve to be wiped out by the end of Chapter 6.

someone like to write alot of filler and skip story. Id hate to met them in person. Youd never get them to STFU im betting. Great story but long on useless bs.

I believe this is a chapter of the Terran Contact series but surprisingly, is included in "The New Species" series. 🤔 Either way, I like them both. 😁
