Would it be good idea to tell your colonists to carry tea with them? (except addicts) Just to have option for quick little mood and rest boost.
Grenades should be safe if you make sure you turn of "fire at will" and target ground.

I don't know if you've explained it already, but why aren't you using the top grow area for food? I caught that you want to stick with fine meals for the mood boost, so is the reason because you have so many vegetables you don't really need to?

Enjoying so much, so many interesting ideas being introduced! I do hope you get some more rescue opportunities. Would be nice if you could rescue two or three at a time, like a family or group of survivors whose base has failed. Thanks for sharing the fun!
