In the episode “30 Months On Mars: 797 – 886 (17th May – 17th Aug 2023) – A Bright Object Is Following Us,” the Perseverance rover explores various locations on Mars while capturing high-definition imagery and attempting to gather rock samples. The rover sits on the edge of the Belva crater and examines its sediment and boulders. Attempts to collect drill samples initially prove unsuccessful due to the rocks’ crumbly nature. Finally, at a site called ‘Emerald Lake,’ the rover successfully retrieves a sample, naming it ‘Otis Peak.’ This sample could offer insights into Mars’ lost magnetic field. I wish there was some way to tell scale on these shots. Without some reference like the rover itself we don't know if the rocks and such we're looking at are the size of a tennis ball or a Mack truck…
It would be really interesting if they could figure out where different environments where on the surface cause for all we know we’ve only been checking the old oceans it would be interesting if we studied more the continents to see if we can find signs of forests. And if we use ground penetrating radar possibly find fossils. Only if mars existed long enough to allow fossils to form.
We can't even go back to the moon but you want to believe we have a lander on Mars.
Please ask NASA to turn the camera towards earth so we can get the first picture of Earth from "outer space".

How amazing would it be if NASA could build a rover capable of re-charging/ rebooting pre existing dormant rovers on Mars. Imagine how much more exploring could be done

For the life of me, I cannot figure out why anyone would spend billions designing and developing a rover designed to gather incredibly precious data just to plop it down in Greenland and
"fool the liberals" or whatever the argument is. What is the point? Have any of you ever even been to Devon Island?!? There are thousands of discrepancies that "canada" and "photoshop" just can't prove.
