The majority of his spending proposal is going to Ukraine over Israel. No one wants to see these wars occur regardless of their global location, but if we are going to continue to have lousy leadership under the current administration with bad foreign policies, these wars will continue to escalate, and more funding won't fix the problems. Funding for Ukraine needs to be on a separate spending bill from Israel.
