Either way if keef was in the car when the shooting happened a crime was committed everyone involved goes to prison . It's similar to a robbery gone bad everyone gets charged for the murder if you are involved if someone is killed. Even if your own partner is killed by the victim they still charge you for your partner death.

Suge would never testify on court. He knows exactly who shot pac. Whole compton knew that cause Orlando was bragging about it and the streets was talking at that time. That’s why the crips and bloods after the Tupac murder got into a war in Compton for 1 whole week.
Suge knows it was Orlando but suge knows also that Tupac decide to knock Orlando out so he keep it to the street it was Tupac’s own action that got him killed. Suge the pirus and the crips would solve that problem personally gang politics that’s it. And suge is a street guy so he payed Orlando 60K to not get into jail for the beat down.
And don’t forget one thing. Of course suge don’t talk about it cause biggie got killed in retaliation for the Tupac murder. Greg kading find that out and got it on paper from suges girlfriend at that time. Suge payed his girlfriend and she gave the money to a guy named poochie ( mob pirus ) to kill biggie.

Suge Knight and Keefe D both played on the same football team back in the day as teens. They grew up together. They was Boyz and business partners with Harry O. Suge Knight used Keefe D and Orlando Anderson to help 2Pac fake his death. Suge Knight, 2Pac, Orlando Anderson, and Keefe D were all cool. The Orlando Anderson fight was a decoy to set up the 2Pac shooting incident. So it look like a retaliation.
Suge even paid Orlando Anderson off to testify for him in court one time. They was all business partners. This is why some people think Suge set 2Pac up becuz Suge is cool with the people who shot 2Pac but really he used them to help Pac fake his own death and it's all back firing on them Becuz Keefe D starting talking to much in Interviews and even wrote a book about it trying to make money off of it 🤦🏿♂️ This stuff was all staged in Vegas

He said it was only 2 people in the car so what if Orlando got beat so bad that he made him lay low while him being the leader/uncle took action by himself with just him and the driver and if not what if it was all four of them but he was really in the back because every interview he talks about them being scared kids really and big Dre was a basketball player and it doesn’t make sense for Orlando to shoot over big Dre and he’s the only one that ever told the story so what if whole time he was in the back. Suge said he wouldn’t wish prison on his worst enemy meaning not even the shooter. And why else would keefe keep the bullets? What if he was in the back shooting and after he collected his evidence and just kept them?
